HI my name is Rick and I have recently purchased this residence last fall, it is gorges, it is of a brand new appearance. This home was built in 2016 and has been kept immaculate. The heating system Is a propane gas boiler that has the heat registers underneath the flooring so that the floors in the house are always warm, including the full basement cement floor. The heating system is very proficent and luxurious, the house has 5 bedrooms and three baths one walk in shower downstairs and a shower and tube upstairs The 3rd bathroom has the washroom off to the side downstairs The kitchen has a side pantry, and all new appliances. Also all bedroom have walk in closets There are 2 main entrances and a solarium for people to wait in, or could be used for a separate office, and in fact I will rent that room out for an office space that will include the connected same size walk in coat room. There is an outdoor hot tube and a large attached screen porch, on the north side of the building overlooking the hoarse farm estate. The garage is also large and has 3 stalls with automatic openers and I will rent with or without the garage. I am very flexible on the price and renting part of or all.
