It is situated behind one of our other rental properties with a fabulous, responsible couple in their 20s. This cozy home would be a perfect fit for no more than 3 people. If you have an abundance of furniture or XL furnishings, this will not be a good fit for you. The kitchen is nice and bright with lots of windows and it flows nicely into the living room. The main bedroom sits at the back of the house. It fits a queen size bed perfectly with end tables and chest of drawers. The second bedroom is well suited as an office or a bedroom with a twin bed or futon. The bathroom has a spacious garden tub/shower. Included in the interior are all your necessary appliances i.e. Stove, Dishwasher, Refrigerator/Freezer, Garbage Disposal, Washer and Dryer. The front porch is by far our favorite part of this home. A built-in table and wrap around bench. High ceilings with lighting and ceiling fan. Perfect for evenings and entertaining. The home is surrounded by greenery. The front has a small fenced in yard and the back has a nice yard that is surrounded by trees and elephant ears. You also have access to your own 7x10 storage shed. Rent for this property is $1,425.00. This includes Water, Trash, Recycling, and Quarterly Pest Control. (Weekly Lawn Service and monthly Mosquito Control are also available upon request for an extra, but very reasonable fee). Now that you know a bit about our place, here are our requirements.
