Quiet community away from campus but still close to shopping (Winco, Coop) with plenty of nature, trails and trees. Lots of pets in the community, staff allows both cats and dogs. Close proximity to woodland meadows. Ammenities include a seasonal pool, workout room, raquetball court, tennis court, sauna, 2 basketball courts, playground for kids, and barbeque areas. You are allowed to park in any of the uncovered spaces once you register your car with them, or you can pay $25 for a covered spot. On-site laundry (card operated). Rent is $773.00 a month with W S G factored in. This unit is on the end of the building, close to the bus stop with only one direct neighbor. There is a walled off patio and a small external storage closet as well. New carpets were put in right before I moved in. The lease expires in early May.
