Walk 10 minutes and you are on Franklin Street. The cottage is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood surrounded by families and graduate students. Recently renovated, this studio includes a front and back porch to bask in the sun or enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. The front porch has a stylish wrought iron bench and the back porch has a wrought iron table and rocker chairs for your comfort. Enter and you will find bead board finishes, handcrafted walnut counters, hard wood floors, tile bath, and a refinished claw foot tub with a shower surround, together creating a warm and cozy cottage feel. The kitchen is equipped with a two bay sink, compact refrigerator with space for an extra compact fridge if needed, gas burning stove and oven, and microwave. Additional features include a Samsung wall mounted television with a DVD player and a radio tuner connected to built in speakers allowing you to connect your iPhone or MP3 and listen to Pandora or Spotify as if connected to a stereo or computer. You will have laundry privileges once a week in the main house on the ground floor which has its own entrance. Parking space in front provided.
