This is a beautiful yet incredibly affordable apartment about 2 miles south of BYU (4 minute drive, 30 minute walk) just perfect for newlywed students or other couples who want a nice place with very low rent. It is in the newest part of Heritage Court Apartments and is somewhat recently remodeled. It's 700 square feet and has a nice big kitchen complete with dishwasher, stove, and a very clean fridge. The apartment is on the second level, so we've found utilities to only be about $50-60 even during extremes of outside temperature. We can leave our microwave, desk, and table and chairs with you for $175 extra if you'd like. The deposit is $350, $325 of which is refundable when you move out. We have loved it this apartment. It's a nice quiet part of town surrounded by other newly married college students. There's a laundry room within the complex that charges $1.00 to wash and $.75 to dry--which is cheaper than the laundromat across the street. The complex is very close to Frontrunner station, Provo Towne mall, and grocery. It's been a great place to live. You will likely find no place in Provo as nice yet affordable as this lovely little place! We would be selling you our contract which ends July 28th of this year. If you decided you like it (which we bet you will!) you can start a new contract at that time.
