The apartment was renovated in August and has a new: washer and dryer, dishwasher, light in the bedroom closet (very handy when picking out clothes for the day), kitchen sink, blinds, and a fresh coat of paint in the living room. Although the place is technically an apartment, with the wooden floors, big windows, and backdoor it feels much more like a house :) The landlord encourages his residents to "make yourself at home" so if you enjoy flowers or fresh vegetables, feel free to start a garden in the backyard! The apartment is part of a small community of townhomes laid out in a semi-circle with ample sidewalks and grassy areas. The neighborhood is off the main road so there is always plenty of parking. If you need extra storage space the landlord also has storage units on the property which you may rent for a small monthly fee.
