You have the option to stay longer than this date if you would like. This is a pet-friendly apartment complex. Up to 2 pets (dogs/cats) are allowed. The security deposit and pet deposit have already been paid, so you do not need to pay the deposits. The price of $1,227 is with no pets. If you have 1 pet, then it is an additional $25 per month. If you have 2 pets, then add $50 per month. Also, if you would like a detached garage stall, it is available near the unit for another $75 per month. It can be used for parking and/or storage. There is a gas fireplace in the living room. Outside is a small patio that has a lockable storage closet. The washer and dryer stay in the unit. There is a fridge/freezer, microwave, stove/hood, dishwasher and garbage disposal. The apartment is on the first floor, so it makes moving easier. The clubhouse is a short walk from the unit, which has a fitness center and a business center. Behind the clubhouse is a year-round heated pool and hot tub.
