(website coming soon) It is our primary focus this year to create a thriving residential community at Spring Creek Landing by making many improvements to both the interior and exterior of the property. By the end of the year we will have updated every unit with LVT Wood flooring, a brand new bathroom setup, upscale appliances and fixtures, as well as adding a shelving wall to separate the bedroom from the living area. The exterior improvements will include a community area with tables and a grill, landscaping, window boxes and shutters, as well as a fresh paint scheme that will bring the community to life!
