My home had major renovation in April to august we had a new bath added on second floor and re secured and Install new Floor joists on second and first floor ,Added new insulation in 3rd and 2nd room and new drywall and new carpet and new hardwood floors throughout 1st floor,2 floor hallway added a brand new porch close in and new siding plus 18 brand new windows plus new window trim through out the house and baseboard though out the house as well. And install brand new energy efficiency lights through out the house . . And it didn't have AC when I bought it back in 07 Brand new AC now has brand new furnace . And we also had a new wider main entry door install. Brand new kitchen cabinets with granite counter tops and brand new appliances as well and both baths brand new.
