Great property with tons of potential at an affordable price!. It has had some updates in the past 15 years: siding, windows, insulation, tankless water heater (3 yrs ago). 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. There are additional repairs needed including new shingles that will need to be done by a buyer. Insurance was received but shingles were not completed ( seller can credit a buyer cost of new shingles at closing) shingles were replaced approx. 5 yrs ago and approx. 3 years ago were damaged by hail again. All appliances stay: stove, fridge, stackable washer/dryer, AC wall unit in kitchen.
