Hi , Our home has a cozy lower level unit with your own private entrance that we mostly rent out to travel nurses and healthcare professionals. The rent is $1800/month which includes a super comfortable queen mattress, a beautiful bathroom, all utilities, use of washer and drier, a kitchenette, television and internet. If you love nature, tranquility and feeling safe you will appreciate our sanctuary setting. Although we are technically in Richmond city (only a 10 minute drive to the VCU Hospital and all that downtown urban life affords) you will be convinced we are in the bucolic countryside! Our particular piece of paradise is a few minute walk to the James River, Reedy Creek and the Forest Hill Park (featuring an idyllic lake surrounded by trees and well maintained trails, a Farmers Market every Sunday, pickleball courts, and free musical performances.) A few minutes further are fantastic cafes, restaurants, an antique shop, bars, breweries, bike shops and pharmacies. Inside your studio apartment you can sit at the work table and look out the window which frames our native habitat forest, enhanced by the lulling sounds of a waterfall fed pond inhabited by goldfish and frogs. Sometimes youll see visiting deer or hear the timeless calls of Pileated woodpeckers and Barred owls in the treetops. You will have a private entrance with your own smart lock code and the comfort of knowing we live in the home above so always available to help or answer any questions. The rental period is somewhat flexible and can be determined when the specifics of the tenant's needs are discussed. Any rental period less than one month requires a $100 cleaning fee in addition to the monthly prorated amount.
