Shared washer and dryer are available on site. Your share of electric bill will be 25% for regular power usage. Room available as early as 11/20/24 for those who may want to move over Thanksgiving weekend. First, last, and $500 security deposit required to move in. The house is located in Cypress Shores close to 65 and 10 (only 15 minutes from downtown). Plenty of shopping and restaurants in the area. 12 month lease. $50 application fee.
