The landlord pays for water.- Located near Exposition Blvd and Buckingham Rd. (the map on this ad has the location wrong for some reason)- The apartment is a 2 Bedroom/1 bath. Upper of 2 units, landlord lives below in the lower unit.- January 1st move-in or sooner!- Street Parking (easy to find).- Located 4 miles west of USC with easy commute via train or car:- 10 minute drive to campus.- 5 blocks from the Expo/Crenshaw Metro Station.- 9 minute train ride from Metro Station to campus (the metro station has free, all-day parking).Please contact me for more info.
