Our sweet, fully furnished 1940's house in Beaumont has hardwood floors and good light throughout, with a spacious living room, dining room, kitchen, full bath, laundry and first bedroom all on the first floor. There are two lovely bedrooms (one pictured here as an office) and a half bath upstairs. The yard is fenced-in both in back and front and the driveway can accomodate 2-3 cars. Please note that we currently have a quiet, very nice tenant in the basement apartment, which has its own entrance from the backyard. Two month minimum, one year maximum lease. Utilities (water, gas and electric) are included. Well-behaved dogs are allowed. No cats please, and no smoking. Parking in driveway.
