Our house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Master Bedroom has an attached 3/4 bathroom and there is a full bathroom down the hall, central to all of the rooms. The kitchen is my favorite and it is roomy and cozy. We had a new pella sliding glass door installed last year which leads from the kitchen to the fenced back yard. We bought a new refrigerator about 2 years ago and the entire house with the exception of the tiled kitchen and bathrooms has carpet which was installed 2 years ago. The windows are double pane and the house stays nice and cool in the summer and toasty in the winter. We installed a new furnace and swamp cooler about 6 years ago and both work well. The fruit trees and the shade trees help to maintain a comfortable temperature. Former tenants repainted the house...kind of bright...but that can be taken care of. We have the cabinet doors for the kitchen and the doors for the closets, I kind of like the open "look" but that would be easy to change. Personally, I think our house would be perfect for a small family, a retired couple or an investor. If you might be interested in renting the house please let me know, thanks!
