Aluminum handicap ramp was installed to front entrance. Also luxury vinyl tile was installed in front entry. 2 1/2 years ago a luxury $6000 dollar walk in tub and a raised toilet were installed. Bathroom also has walk in shower. The bathroom floor does need the flooring of your choice installed. A brown stained barn door with black hardware is ready of installation. The rear bed room is the only room that has not been painted. The kitchen and dining area are large with many cabinets, 2 built in china cabinets and a large pantry. Also, a bay window in the diningroom,a built in buffet, updated dining room light fixture and new ceiling fan. A year ago, to the right of the front door , a small mud room was created using hooks for coats, hats ect. and a shelf. Very nice, homey updated and welcoming home. Several years ago the outside of the home was professionally painted with Sherwin Williams paint.
