Looking for a fence back yard, 4 garage spaces, lots of main storage, a 16x32 pool and a work shop/storage? History: This was our first home for 10 years from 1997 into 2008. We had 3 girls at the time - they loved the pool. I enjoyed the back garage. We all enjoyed the privacy. The fenced back yard kept the dog safe. In 2008 we bought another newer home nearby and rented this place to a couple that wanted to buy it. That's when the market crashed and they decided to move on. Over the next 12 years it's been mostly rented with some updates between renters. We never did this to make money. If we did, we'd keep it. It's now time for us to move on with our lives so it's time to sell. The last renters moved out March. Fresh paint throughout. Attached deck rebuilt. Replaced decking on deck behind pool. Everything is clean and works. I personally installed the laminate soon after we moved in. It has held up amazingly well. New roof installed 2017 on main structure w/architectural shingles. New matching roof installed on back garage 2020. Gas heat, Gas logs and 40 gallon gas water heater centrally located for quick recovery. Cons: The pool picture uncovered is how it used to look. The pool liner is currently torn and leaking. We will give a $3000 credit toward the purchase and installation of a new liner. You choose the liner pattern, quality and installer. There is no room for a built-in microwave over the stove. Otherwise, the house is move-in ready. Conditions: At this time we prefer to sell. We don't want to rent, lease-to-own, purchase-to-own or even lease w/purchase option. We want to sell and ASAP. Pre-approvals given priority.
