Open concept floor plan lets the summer breeze flow through from the kitchen through the living room out the adjacent deck. The main bedroom has sliders opening onto the deck and a ceiling fan for added air flow. Additional ceiling fans in the dining area and 2nd bedroom plus an air conditioning unit in the main living area if needed. The laundry is in the bathroom and there is still room for linen shelves and storage. Sleeps six with a pullout couch in the living room. Furnishings included with the exception of the custom mermaid bureau, seahorse rug and a few personal items. Furniture is new/lightly used. This condo has never been rented by current owner although rentals are allowed. Pets allowed only for owners. Seasonal cottage open May 1st until October 31st. Near beaches, restaurants, shops and Ogunquit Playhouse.
