Foundation has shifted and cracks go up the walls. Basement and downstairs apartment has an over abundance of black mold. The kitchen downstairs sink has to be completely ripped out. There is a whole in the roof the goes all the way down to the first floor. There is a washer and dryer hook up down stairs that works but the upstairs ...DON'T TURN IT ON!!!!! It causes a rain shower in the back master bedroom on the first floor. There are patched wholes in that ceiling from that reason, let alone the ceiling was not professionally done. It looks like a kid did it! Theres also a whole in the bathroom ceiling in the upstairs apartment above the toilet. The basement floods horribly when it rains and it can only drizzle!! There is a huge tree in the back yard that prevents and sun from entering back there causing NO GRASS to grow!
