All apartments are bright, clean, roomy and the building is safe. Car parking lot available for tenants free of charge. Currently we have : 1 bedroom (Apt#15): Clean & bright apartment. New floors.all surfaces and appliances are cleaned with bleach. To move in a security deposit of $495 will be collected upon successful leasing. If you want to see these apartments please call us to arrange for an appointment. After you have seen the apartment, if you are seriously interested, there will be a $35 non-refundable fee for a rental application to do a credit, criminal and landlord/tenant check (we are serious about safety). Additional adults will be charged $35 background check. Sufficient income source will be necessary. Utilities are not included in the rent. We are a Cat friendly building.
