The dining area opens to the great room with soaring 20' ceilings. Two sliding glass doors open to the upper deck which is furnished with wrought iron patio furniture. There is a cozy bedroom with a bathroom and shower. Stairs lead up to a loft that overlooks the living room. There is a gorgeous master king bed with a brand new medium/firm memory foam mattress awaiting. An en suite is located upstairs for privacy and convenience. A separate entrance from the lower deck enters into lower level, which is nicely furnished, with a bedroom, full bath, bar and barstools, kitchenette, table and chairs, /washer and dryer, and relaxing area with recliners and TV. There is a large propane Weber grill for you to use, and two fire pits for small, social fires. A 60" TV with Apple USB adapter cord is provided for streaming downloaded programming or apps. Cell phone reception can be spotty, depending on the service provider. Verizon seems to have the strongest signal an antenna is attached and helps. ONE LAST THOUGHT - We set our security deposit at $3,000 because of the high quality furniture and furnishings in the home. We can be flexible on this, but require an elevated level of communication to detail your plans for the home. Owner provides water.
