All utilities included in rent except for electric. Great location, about a three minute walk to the Sheridan red line and a five minute ride to Addison or Belmont. Super convenient location. Within walking distance of a Jewel-Osco, Aldi's, and Target. 1/2 a mile from the lake and Montrose Beach. Maintenance guy on site. Cats and dogs allowed up to 30 lbs max with a $240 pet fee per pet. $50 app fee per applicant and a $395 move-in fee, but NO SECURITY DEPOSIT!
