This lease is until 7/22/2023. Tenant has to be approved thru Ramblewood Apartments and then I could sign my lease over to tenant. Possibility to resign lease or continue month-to-month after 7/22/2023. I have already paid the security deposit so you would not need to. Tenant pays electric bill thru consumers, everything else is included within the rent. (For reference my consumers bill is normally $20 a month year round)
