To the north, you can enjoy more shopping and restaurants in the city of Fort Lauderdale. The apartment is minutes from Fort Lauderdale Airport. Nearby construction may be audible on weekdays during daytime hours. The apartment is built with impact glass doors, ensuring that when you're ready to unwind, simply close the balcony doors and you'll enjoy a calm, quiet space once again. Guests must complete identity verification and choose between a damage waiver or a refundable security deposit. Please keep all doors closed and the air conditioning on at all times to help prevent condensation and property damage. Swimming is at your own risk, as there is no lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. No diving or running is allowed. The property management is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses that may occur while using the pool or surrounding areas. A resort fee will be charged at check-in time at the property.
