A Park is right across the road and you would be close to Colorado Mills Mall, Red Rocks Community College, access to Denver, Golden, and the mountains! Leasing office also offers a student discount. Community is pet friendly and also includes an outdoor grill area, exercise facility, and outdoor pool. No furniture included, but we will clean the apartment prior to your move in.
