It features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large open kitchen and living room, garden tub in the master, and built-ins in the master closet. It is only 5 years old (2009), single-wide 16x80 with roughly 1200 sq ft. This mobile home will be ready around late-October and will need to be moved from our land when purchased.
