Sun-filled rooms with views of the Blue Ridge Mountains feature two bedrooms with queen-sized beds and a third bedroom set up as a home officeerfect for remote 1500 sqft, green-certified and solar-powered eco house! The lower-level bedroom features twelve-foot ceilings, a large closet, and a private deck perfect for enjoying the mountain air. This bedroom has a queen-sized bed and its own full bathroom off a short hallway. The upstairs bedroom looks out over a quiet residential street and has a vaulted ceiling, plenty of closet space, a queen-sized bed, and a full en suite bathroom. The third bedroom is currently set up as a home office with plenty of works space and fantastic mountain views for inspiration. This room has another large closet, a small balcony, and an ensuite full bathroom. The public space consists of a combined living and dining room on the main floor, complete with Jotul gas logs and a television set up for all the streaming services just log into your account, and you're ready to go! Mountain views make the balcony dining table a great spot for dinners from spring through early fall. The kitchen is fully equipped with up-to-date, full-sized appliances and everything you'll need to cook at home when you're not enjoying Asheville's amazing food scene! Equipment includes a coffee grinder and maker as well as french press and moka pot coffee makers. Level two Grizzl-e EV charger is available for use with a J1772 plug. Telsa or Leaf owners can charge if you bring your own adapter. 8-16 month lease options. Pet Fee is $250 at the time of lease signing. Any damage from the pet will be withheld from the security deposit. NO SMOKING INSIDE. If you smoke inside your entire security deposit will be used for cleaning and replacement of furniture.
