Maximum Occupancy: 4 people. Required Deposits: $1,200 security deposit. $1,200 for the first month's rent. $500 pet deposit (if applicable). No Section 8 accepted. Lease Term: 12 months. Renter's Insurance: Mandatory. To qualify, you must demonstrate a minimum monthly income of $2,400. Once we verify this, we can schedule a tour for you to visit the apartment in person.
