This is a one bed one bath unit attached to the side of my house, which is a triplex. square footage is approximate. It is a very nice little unit with plenty of room for 1 person. It has a front porch with a beautiful view of the Palisades and a back patio to hang out and BBQ on. There is an additional basement unit, accessible from the back of the house. All three units have a shared laundry room. This is a country property with a decent amount of space between the neighbors. The property is just up the road from the state park. Go mountain bike or hike Mt. St. Helena from your front door. Looking for some laid back people to share my building with. I do have some furniture for both units, so just let me know what you do or don't need and we can get you set up. I am picky about who lives here, due to the proximity. Ideally would like some young people who are laid back and okay with me doing projects around the property. Shoot me a call or text! Utilities will be added to the rent cost. There is limited parking at the moment but I am planning on clearing up a few more parking spots on the property. I dont have any issues with well behaved pets, but note that there is no fenced in area on the property. We could certainly build one though if needed. This is a pretty quiet little dirt road with some great neighbors who I get along with. Im looking for renters who are friendly and agreeable! Needless to say, we can meet-up prior to make sure everything is going to work out!
