FULLY FURNISHED SHORT TERM LEASE - JULY & AUGUST We love this house! We bought back in 2020 and have lived here full time since then. We have great neighbors and live in a very walkable neighborhood. We're in a quiet part of town but can still get to coffee, a few breweries and + few restaurants in 10 mins on foot or 5 mins on bike. We're within 5-6 mins of both a King Soopers or Safeway grocery store. The bustling Tennyson area is just a 10 min bike / 5 min drive. There you'll find plenty of shopping, yoga studios & restaurants. If you love to cycle, the Clear Creek bike path is just 5 mins down the hill - from there head West into Golden or East into Denver. We have easy access to I70. You can be in downtown Denver in ~10-12 mins or making your West to Idaho Springs in ~30 mins. The house will come fully furnished, and we have a great backyard area with plenty of room for cookouts & hammock hangs. We love Wheat Ridge and think you will too! We are looking for renters July & August. Ideal move-in date is July 1st. We will have watering expectations for the yard.
