Looking for someone ASAP - my current tenant of just a few months got a job out of town and is looking to relocate. Top floor, spacious 1,100 square feet 2 bed/2 bath condo just two blocks north of Sheridan red line off of Irving Park. Recently loved a lot - modern wallpaper in a few rooms, all new lighting fixtures and fans across the house, accent great room ceilings. The unit is partially (1/3 or so) furnished - bar stools, kitchen table, guest room bed and side tables, and guest room sofa. The outdoor furniture - section sofa, table and two chairs are also there to stay and for you to enjoy. Other notables: 10 minutes walk to Boystown and Wrigleyville each - essentially close enough that you're there, but just away from the madness. 5 minute walk east to the lake, 2 minutes north to Jewel, 5 minutes north to Target. No parking spot, but street parking isn't that bad and a parking permit is doable....washer/dryer in unit...central heat and A/C......storage locker that fits 8-10 boxes on bottom floor..one bedroom has 10 windows (almost like living in a tree house), and the other bedroom is pretty decent size too and has attached bathroom..12 month lease required for condo board. Top floor and there is a very large shared patio. And trust me, being on the top floor makes a HUGE difference. Plenty of room for all outdoor things + wonderful daylight on the deck...Neighbors are majority young couples or singles in 30's and 40's. Let me know if interested. Seeking clean, respectful folks, friendly people - smoking only outside if necessary. Cats/dogs OK but I think there's a small condo association deposit for them - lots of neighbors have dogs. $1,475 security deposit (half one month rent). Utilities usually around $150/month for gas, electric and internet. Preferred beginning date of June 1, 2025 - current tenant is moving out of town to start a new job. New tenant has option to continue finish current lease through January 31, 2026 or to begin a new 12-month lease. $150 move in fee.
