We call this home The Beach Haven because it embraces the island life you desire with views of ocean and the mountains that surround you. Waimanalo is a unique and special neighborhood where you can walk daily on the beach and hear the ocean all day long. It is a very peaceful spot to cherish. You truly feel elevated being upstairs with the high ceilings and ocean breeze on the deck. The home is 3000 sq ft with an open floor plan with many different places to relax in. There is an expansive master bedroom with a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. There are 2 other bedrooms on the opposite side of the home with a full bath mmm and half bath. As you can see the large kitchen and nook connects to the family room. There is a very large deck that faces the ocean. A smaller deck is on the opposite side facing the mountains. Last but not least is the impressive entry way and dining room and other living room that can be converted to a bedroom for guests. There is also a laundry room where the 2 bedrooms are located. There is parking in the driveway that can fit 2 cars and plenty of street parking. The rental includes utilities and cable and WiFi. I am in the process of putting up more photos as I take them. Smoking is not allowed in the house or any part of the premises. Parking should be done in the driveway to respect the neighbors. There is still plenty of street parking a few yards away.
