We have added a mud room and a great room. Converted the old space to include additional bedrooms and bathrooms as well as a den. This separated our public and private areas. The top floor can be closed down and we can live on the lower two floors (for retirement). Neighborhood Description This a lovely wooded neighborhood. The kids all love to play down in the creek. There is a lovely little park, on Jordan, a 10 minute stroll away. The neighbors enjoy walking, biking and jogging at all hours of the day. Quite a few work out of their homes so there's always someone around. There are lots of birds, owls, hawks and a variety of others. People love their gardens too. Lots of flora along with the fauna.
