Pets are welcome cats and dogs under 50 lbs are allowed with a one-time, non-refundable $300 pet fee per pet (maximum of two pets). Monthly rent is $2,350 with a firm, refundable $2,000 security deposit due at signing. Applicants must have a minimum credit score of 650 and a combined gross income of at least three times the monthly rent. A 12-month lease term is required, and renters insurance is mandatory. The property will be available for move-in starting December 1, 2025.
