Hey guys, I am looking for someone to finish out my lease in Camden Peachtree City through September 2016. My job has relocated me more north of Atlanta and instead of terminating my lease, I can transfer my lease to an accepted applicant. I live in a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, 742 square foot apartment in the back corner on the first floor. It's very private and you have a direct walk to restaurants and literally can see a liquor store from the front door. It's very quiet and is very safe. This option allows the new renter to lock in my $1119 rent instead of paying more if you were to sign a 7 month lease with Camden. The rent includes basic Comcast cable and valet trash service. Washer and dryer included in unit. There is a $100 application fee but you will NOT have to pay the $200 administration fee or the $100 amenity fee, those will transfer from when I started the lease.
