There's an old and overgrown driveway leading down into the land from off of Pine Cone Ln. These "jeep trails" are further bisected and extended by other old cleared trails that criss-cross the land likely because of a passing fire many years ago. The property is undeveloped, meaning no infrastructure besides the trails on the land but the Southern boundary was recently flagged by a neighbor and the ribbons marking that property line still remain in place. There is a corner monument that marks the North-East corner of the property. Most of the trees are small and cast less shade, are easier to clear, and will inherently be less of a problem when it comes to developing a home or garden.
