There has been new metal roofing applied over the already previously shingled roof. There is a large front porch with steps and concrete sidewalk out front. The front living area has been completely remodeled ceiling to floor. The kitchen has been repainted and all holes in the floor have been patched. Still has quite a ways to go before livable but definitely has good bones
