Agreement may be canceled with 1 month notice on last day of the month. Cleaning fee of 200. will deducted from deposit of deep cleaning. Renter is responsible for limiting noise as to not disturb other residents. Loud or large parties are not permitted. Cats are permitted. Rent musts be received (PayPal, Venmo or Zella) by direct deposit on the 1st day of each month. If rent is not received by the 1st a 30 evection is triggered.
