It has an open floor plan and a vaulted ceiling in the living room. The neighborhood is quiet and the HOA is easygoing. The schools, Bascomb, E.T. Booth, and Etowah, are great. Being right off of Town Lake and Bells Ferry means you are close to lots of things but without feeling like you are living on top of people. The rental price only includes the property. Renter pays for amenities. These were the typical monthly bills for a house of 8: Water: ~$60-70 Gas & Electric: ~$200 Trash: ~$20 Internet (Xfinity): ~$60 No smoking in the house. Pets are allowed but there will be a $250 non-refundable pet fee. Washer and Dryer or not in the unit, but can be included for $50/month. Lawn care is the renter's responsibility. I will keep an electric mower and an electric weed eater at the property though.
