There is a small storage shed on the west side of the property for the tenants use and a tiny bit of lawn to enjoy in the nice weather. The tenants are still living in the home and plan on moving out sometime mid - April. The pictures show furnishings, but they are not included in the rental. Bruce is a short driving distance to Volga or Brookings where there are many opportunities for employment, entertainment, dining, etc. There are also great hunting, fishing, and camping options not to far away. Water, sewer, and trash are included in the monthly rent. Electricity, phone, internet, and cable services would be the responsibility of the tenant. The tenant would also be responsible for lawn care and snow removal. A 12 month lease would be preferred by the owner, but could be negotiable depending on the circumstances.
