New home that is a short term rental in the summer months avaialble for winter rental January through May. This is a one level home and includes all furnishings and all utilities. It is modern and has everything you need for a relaxing and warm winter stay. The bed is queen size, the TV is a smart TV and we have a regular coffee maker and a kuerig. It is the perfect location for being close to town and you do not need a car. Owners pay all utilities. The lease will be until the middle of May 2026.
