This is a winter rental that is available Mid- December until Mid- May. It is fully furnished and is an air b and b in the summer months. It has a queen bed, full bath, dishwasher, oven, fridge, but no laundry. There is a laundymat located in the back parking lot close by. This is walkable to Downtown Kennebunkport and Kennebunk Beaches. It is a working photography studio, but we will not use it when the space is rented out. It is a barn structure so has high ceilings. The heat is included and will be heat pumps. Owner pays all utilities. This is a winter rental only from Mid- December to Mid- May.
