Table for 10 outside on the side deck. One full bathroom. Washer and dryer are housed in the basement. The cottage is on a private road off Allen Point Road. You'll have access to a private beach just beyond the cottage. Pets considered in a case-by-case basis. No smoking allowed. Property is available from October 1 to June 15. Electricity through CMP is tenants responsibility. Propane tank will be filled prior to your arrival. Should last your entire stay. We currently have internet through Xfinity and will continue to provide the internet. The road association plows the road. Tenant responsible for plowing driveway if needed. Pets considered on case-by-case basis with a $200 pet deposit and an additional $15 per month pet rent.
