Electricity IS NOT included in the rent, and is a tenant responsibility. The ceiling is low. If you are over 5' 6" tall, this might not be for you. The security deposit is one and one half months (1.5) rent. ($1500). Lease contract is for an initial six months, then yearly thereafter.
