Also includes huge attic with tons of storage space and many closets throughout. Painted and professionally cleaned before move-in. Electricity is paid by tenant. Gas / heat are split three ways between myself, downstairs unit, and upstairs. Typically $20-$40 during most months and $100-$150 during winter. Small/medium dog or two cats allowed with $150 non-refundable deposit. No laundry in unit however a small washer and dryer will be provided upon request. (About 3/4 the size of a normal load).
