Rent The Tenant agrees to pay $1,000 per month as rent, due on the 1st day of the month. All utilities are paid by the owner. Security Deposit: The Tenant shall pay a security deposit of $1,000 upon signing this Agreement. This deposit will be refunded within 30 days after the termination of the lease, less any deductions for damages or unpaid rent. Parking The Tenant is entitled to one parking space on the property. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property, including indoors and outdoors. No pets are allowed on the property. Maintenance and Repairs The Tenant is responsible for keeping the property clean and in good condition. Any damages or necessary repairs beyond normal wear and tear shall be reported to the Landlord immediately. Termination At the conclusion of this lease agreement or upon termination, the Tenant must leave the property in the same condition as at the start of the lease.
