The fireplace which was originally a wood burning Heatilator has been converted to gas logs, but can easily be wood burning again. The house has new energy efficient double-hung windows with full screens. The walls and attic are well insulated so utility bills are low. This neighborhood is close to two five star elementary schools, and the bus stop is at our corner. We are three miles from the Madison Kroger, a great place to shop! Madison is a little town with big town amenities.
