I am offering this because of what is happening on our planet and my house has always been a sanctuary for 4 years to my air BNB clients. The owner, me, will be living in the back portion of the house. the master bedroom wing. I am very quiet, and you won't hear from me at all unless you want to. my area is locked off and I have my own entry door. Remember the walls are double adobe, holding sound so well. Your portion of the home is 2000 square feet. Each bedroom is over 200 sf. You'll have plenty of room as a couple or single person. I am willing to do a 4 month lease with first and last and security deposit due on the first day, total $10,000. If we do a 6 month lease I ask for the First four months $10,000. due on first day, security deposit $5,000. due First day. $15,000. total. You are paying everything in advance just like others have and will pay nothing more towards rent and assuming all goes well the security deposit would be for month 5 and 6. Everybody who has rented when it when I have rented it has been trying to find a home and eventually found what they where looking for.
