Other housemate is kind, chill, very clean, very quiet during quiet hours but enjoys music during the day. Winter storms can close county road for a few days a year. Power and water can go out a few days a year. Internet can go out a few days during winter snowstorms. All housemates have the same guidelines: Quiet hours 10 pm - 8 am; occasional exceptions with housemate's consent. Cleaning all dirt and mess in shared spaces - always, after every use. Taking turns removing snow from long driveway with shovel, snow blower and/or pay snow removal guy. No hoarding. No illegal drugs. No smoking or vaping inside or upwind outside.
