Couch and loveseat Full Bathroom - bath tub/shower, toilet, sink Laundry - washer and dryer. Quiet street - backyard backs up to the desert - great spot for those that want to take their UTV on the dirt paths, Bikes, or hike! Car or Uber is best, be safe! **MUST BE 25+ YEARS OLD TO RENT THIS HOME No parties No events No smoking inside Quiet time after 10pm (includes loud voices and music) No unauthorized guests other than those on the reservation $250 deposit is asked at time of booking and refunded at checkout upon inspection (holidays we may ask for $500) CAMERAS Front doorbell - motion detected and recorded Side yard/backyard camera - motion detected and recorded. If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4% charge is not refunded. DAMAGE PROTECTION The extra charge listed as "Waivo Insurance" on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim. Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
